To log in to the system (or to create an account) please choose the button login on the top. Customer's e-mail is the username.

ADDRESS |
The delivery address for each RMA is the address you entered when you signed in. You can change the address for every request before the RMA is closed.

RMA PROCESS |
The process has several stages. If a stage has begun or is pending it is
marked with . If it has not begun or it is not going to
happen it is marked with .

- Please follow the rule - one RMA request one device.
- Please set the default password when possible.
- Please provide detailed descriptions of the faults (if the description is unclear or imprecise, the report may be rejected until the fault is specified)
- In case of Mikrotik devices, if possible, please generate the Supout.rif file after the failure occurs and send it to pomoc@interprojekt.pl
- If shipping internationally, you must declare the shipment RMA goods- no commercial value, return to warranty to avoid incurring import fees. If this is not done, the shipment will be refused or delayed so write on the proforma invoice:
"RMA RETURN - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE/ FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY "

DISPATCH |
Accepted RMAs are dispatched to the customer at our expense. Rejected RMAs are dispatched to the customer at customer's expense.
